This Privacy Policy explains how the TT Downloader mobile application (the “App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

TT Downloader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party social media platform or its owners. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

1. Who we are

TT Downloader is developed and operated by Digital Mobile Scale, the developer behind digitalmobilescale.store, who acts as the data controller for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. For any privacy-related question or request, you can contact us at digital4mobileapp@gmail.com.

2. Summary

TT Downloader is designed to be privacy-friendly. The App processes the links you paste only to fetch the requested media. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, and your download history is stored only on your device.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or payment information through the App.

4. How we use information

To provide the core feature: downloading the video, image, or audio you request.
To display and manage your local download history.
To remember your language and app preferences.
To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and the UK, we rely on:

Performance of a service — to process the link you paste and deliver the download you asked for.
Legitimate interests — to keep the App secure, stable, and to improve it.
Consent — for optional analytics, where required. You can withdraw consent at any time in the App settings.

6. Third-party services

The App may rely on the following categories of third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

App distribution: Google Play.
Crash reporting / analytics: used only to keep the App reliable (e.g. crash logs and anonymous usage statistics).
Source media servers: when you download content, requests are made to the public servers hosting that content.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

7. Data retention

Your download history and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear the cache, or uninstall the App. Diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed to fix issues and is then deleted or anonymised.

8. Data deletion

You are in full control of your data and can delete it at any time:

In the app: open Settings → Clear Cache to erase locally stored data, and remove individual items from the History screen.
Full deletion: uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device, including history, settings, and cache.
Request by email: if you would like us to delete any data associated with you, email digital4mobileapp@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will respond within 30 days.

Because TT Downloader has no user accounts and stores your data on your device, there is no server-side profile to delete.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most data lives only on your device, you can exercise many of these rights directly:

Access / export: use the “Data Portability / Export” option in the App.
Delete: use “Clear Cache” and delete items from History, or uninstall the App (see §8).

10. Children’s privacy

TT Downloader is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Copyright & acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use downloaded content. You should only download media you have the right to use, and you must respect the intellectual property rights of creators and the terms of the source platform.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or on this page.
